6. This idea that college professor's liberal leanings come through in their teaching is just wrong

It's not born out by the facts, college profs teach their subjects without politicizing anything.

In getting degrees from 4 different colleges, I never once felt like a liberal slant was being given to any subject, but I am an engineer with an MBA, so a lot of math and science. In fact though, the only profressor that openly talked about politicas was a grad school finance professor who was far right wing and spewed nonsense non stop that he and I often sparred on in class, in a playful way. Had him for like 6 classes as that was my MBA focus. He'd be in the middle of talking about finance and then just go to, "Do you know there's areas in France that the police aren't allowed in because Sharia law is in effect there?" I'd laugh and frankly state, "You know that's total bullshit right?"
