These people need to get a lot more vigorous than that. Pious noises 'off' will not do, active denunciation, virulent attack is required. It is in the interest of the 'mainstream' sorts to do this: the fanatic freaks are the public face of Christianity today in our country, and this is why the older denominations are seeing more and more empty pews, and older and older people in them. Rejection of things like 'seven mountains' and 'prosperity gospel' must be absolute, and loud.
