10. There should be a public announcement of who answered the question

asked of these fine citizens of who among them would agree to be the one to conduct the exam.

If they attempt to claim some one should be hired to do it, they should be asked how they could know if that person would tell them the truth, and insist the author of this high point in Kansas legislation be expected to be present at any and all junk inspections, preferably be the one conducting the examination personally.

The name and photo should be broadcast, and maybe even a speech prior to the official signing of the agreement should be required, with his/her entire family present. Maybe even neighbors! 🌸❤️️⭐️💐
