We already know they were heavily discounting so, they'd have been economically better off if they had stayed out of somebody else's country.
And, I don't accept anything Russia says.
Remember, during COVID they were reporting under a thousand cases a day AFTER they were forced to lockdown 2 major cities, and 2 uncensored reports came out about sick patients being treated in hospital closets.
