Can someone PLEASE explain to me how that isn't Sedition? Most if not all her tweets/speeches are "incitements of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority" , are they not? WHY can't she be charged? Seems to me that if no one is above the law then she should be. If shes not preaching hate then shes preaching sedition. Those are FACTS in my understanding but then I am a BigOleDummy. Please enlighten me.
