The plaintiff wants validation of their claims. None such if they settle. So the price would be extremely high, augmented by their billion dollar income. It might even be higher than if Fox doesn't settle. Plus, can they write off parts of losing as a business expense, or attempt bankruptcy?

Hoping this is Alex Jones II Trial. Obliterating the company would be complete satisfaction, and please consider the damage their fraudulent allegations have wrought on democracy.

FRAUD is the operative word. Most crime has an element of fraud to it. FRAUD violates the legal code, and logic, which we all use to communicate.
