How it gets done, that is. Obviously it is of a very high priority, coming just after saving lives.

I lived in an area where the Army Corp of Engineers constructed one of these damns and their knowledge and reputation is far reaching.

I think China has a lot of these dams. I think they might be the only other country capable of helping. Oh one other— I’ll bet the Germans could.

Maybe poster DFW will come along and help us with that.
