12. Hogan won easy reelection in Maryland in 2018

This indicates that a lot of Dems split ballots to vote for him.

I think he did a decent job as governor of Maryland. That said, I think he'll go as far to the right as the elected legislature would allow.

I think he could win in a GE, but I think there is no way he could get the nomination of his party. They want a fire eater.
