4. Not the same. In addition to the awesome Pelosi, we had the Senate and Presidency

Even if McCarthy could pass bills like Pelosi did, instead of passing the Senate, the hard part last Congress, and being signed into law by Biden. Most of what McCarthy passes will be DOA in the Senate.
