3. We are still experiencing outages of random items every few weeks.

Something goes out of stock for a few weeks, then is back in, usually at a higher price. Recently it's been Milkbones, the 24-pack of fig newtons (increase of almost $2!), birdseed (increase of $1.50!). A few weeks ago there was no orange juice to be found. In fact, the frozen juice section is pretty much shot at the stores I go to. I think this is going to be our new reality, unexpected, random shortages.
