I expect a long prison sentence, or perhaps execution.

And I think Biden knew this, that's why they sent him back.

There's also the fact he's been in jail for 15 years, his network is long dissolved, and the ex-USSR military gear he'd been selling in the 90's during the post-fall tumult ... is LONG GONE by now.
