Certainly Mark would be aware that The System is perfect and just and incorruptible, and a delay of 8 or 16 or 24 months is a small price to pay to drop trifling penalties on the small fish in the big insurrectionist pond.

Shame on Mark for doubting The System. I hope that some high-minded individual swoops in to scold him and set him straight.
