If young people and working people come out to vote in strong numbers today,

1. Only 1 of my 3 adult children was able to vote! My older son was sent a military ballot in error and

my daughter moved to Pennsylvania 2 weeks ago. She and her husband couldn't vote in Pennsylvania either because they are living in a hotel right now until they find a house to buy. So they don't have a permanent address yet.

I called the local election board to see if anything could be done about the military ballot, and they said he'd have to go in person and vote by affidavit, which I don't consider safe because there are high rates of Covid in my county and most people will probably be unmasked.

I lost my father to Covid 3 weeks ago today and I can't risk losing another family member to this horrifying and deadly virus.

At least me and my younger son were able to mail our ballots last week without incident.
