Leadership--Pelosi, Schumer, McCarthy, McConnell, and the whips in both houses, too. I think they may provide some protection to reps who face unusual amounts of personal threats as well.

They do not protect family who are not in the immediate vicinity of those with protection details, or their homes when the protectee isn't there.

After this...? That might change.
