So this is how the process would work in red states:

Woman: 1 vote
Doctor: I vote
Local Political Leaders: 3 votes (including Mastriano and/or suitable clones)

Brilliant, because with 5 total votes there can't possibly be a tie! And of course, the verdict of the state is final. Don't even THINK about leaving the state!
