So is a grown woman. And a prostitute? Need I tell you that slut-shaming is a thing in law enforcement?

Tens of thousands of people go missing every year. A pretty blond girl gets more interest than a Black girl, btw. To be sure, a certain percentage must not want to be found. But how do we know if cops take a report and don’t have the resources (or interest) in following up?
