It's an obvious lie because it makes no sense for Ukraine to do that.
It's not like they're 5,000 miles away from the detonation point.
Also, on their own soil with external aid, they can afford a stalemate. They've got no reason to use a last resort weapon.
It's made up, and stupidly so.
