A lot of trials got postponed while the courts waited out the pandemic and the quarantine. Those trials are getting scheduled now and it will take many months if not a couple of years to catch up. The good news is that the new trial settings are pretty much carved in stone, and the courts aren't giving favorable hearings to motions for postponement or setover. Bannon's going to trial in November next year, and while that's a long ways away, it's a firm date.
