During Kent Hance's tenure as Chancellor, priority #1 was enrollment and graduation rates so as to qualify for Tier One Status. Even if it meant grade manipulation. Ask Jodey Arrington, he was the hatchet man. Mission Accomplished though! Profitable gig if you know how to "get it". Kent did.
