Say what you will about Cannon's decision but the 11th will probably uphold her decision just to [View all]
prove a point that the Rethugs are in power now and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Garland will just have to bit the bullet and continue in defiance if go on to SCOTUS. If one asset is harmed by her ruling she should be impeached.
