3. The DOJ was very specific in the laws they believe may have been violated

None of those laws require that documents or information have a security classification. Whether the documents are Confidential, Secret, Top Secret of Top Secret/SCI is irrelevant. If Trump had them and didn't turn them over, he's toast.

The DOJ attorneys have been very smart and shrewd in how they've handled Trump's criminality. Since Trump has stupid lawyers, the DOJ is 3-4 steps ahead of them and they don't really have anything to defend their client. Their only hope is that if a trial ever happens, they'll get a Trump supporter on the jury to hang it resulting in a mistrial.

It's very possible that some of Trump's lawyers will end up on the wrong side in courtrooms.
