in regards to January 6 not the stolen documents, right?..and why would he take the Fifth?...he represented the office of the presidency not Trump..Trump is no longer in office, Cipollone has no client, and doesn't executive privilege rest with the current president not a former president?...I guess the question is: how complicit is Cipollone (and Philbin) in Trump's coup?...what did he know, when did he know it...
