Got to love the CHiPs! [View all]
I am out here in the Bakersfield Valley of California. Just parking for the night waiting to load to tomorrow. I have been parked for a couple of hours. I have my curtains closed due the heat, so I can keep my truck cooler on the inside. I began to hear sirens like crazy! I peeked out my curtains and what do I see? A truck pulling into the truck stop with 4 or 5 highway patrols surrounding his truck. So, I sat there a while watching it all go down. They ordered the the driver to exit his truck. He did after a short period. They cuffed him then took back to one of squad cars put him in and left. I went to see what going on? A couple of patrolmen were standing inside of the truck stop talking to a couple of younger woman, taking their information down. Apparently the truck driver ran them off the road couple times and they called the cops. I guess here in California, reckless driving can land you in jail very quickly? Which is a good thing! The funniest thing, I heard, was the they identified the truck with two flags hanging off the back doors! One was a US flag and the other? You guessed it! A Trump flag! As I walked back to my truck, I took a little walk behind where they had him stopped! Sure enough, two flags were zipped tied on the back of the trailer!
What a way to end my day? A Trumpster being hauled off to the jail!
