We don't need no stinking Courts! /sarcasm off

The constitution doesn't specifically say that /any/ law by the legislature must be approved by the Courts. And none are, UNTIL a citizen brings forward a case, there the accepted procedure is for the state courts to oversee legislative acts to ensure they are in accord with the State's Constitution.

Why would voting legislation be any different?

Such BS. I don't even understand why the Supreme Court is taking up this case.

I'm worried. This SCOTUS seems to be acting outside of the actual laws and Constitution.
