Jose Rodriguez was the CIA operative who destroyed the videos of the torture sessions our faultless military conducted in Iraq. He figured - rightly, as it turned out - that any punishment or sanction for destroying evidence would be peanuts compared to the penalty for committing crimes against humanity. The Secret Service clearly picked up on this, and all those missing texts stand in homage to Rodriguez. It's always nice to have some bogus excuse: "Hey I thought I had turned on my body cam before I gunned down that boy." Also to have your attorney make claims that he couldn't possibly know were true.

We need major reforms of our law enforcement agencies.
