15. Why must people run when pulled over by the cops? It almost seems like suicide by cop

and then the families raise nine kinds of hell because their family member was shot, but guns or running are NEVER mentioned as contributing factors.

THIS IS NO WAY AN ENDORSEMENT OF COPS SHOOTING ANYONE IN THE BACK OR ANYWHERE ELSE but why run? That's what someone with a guilty conscience would do...oh, guarding an illegal gambling operation and walked up on the cops with a gun in his hand.

How do they know that he wasn't aware that the unmarked car had police inside? I am not seeing that statement from anyone other than the family lawyer? If he was running, when did he have time to tweet?

I don't know...I would definitely hate to be on either side in situations like this.
