16. The us sells the oil on the open market....

We can't control who buys it once it is in the wild. The us producers simply don't want it.

The ugly fact is that domestic suppliers have all they need and aren't interested in it. It is more expensive than their current sources.

But it does affect the world spot price, which indirectly impacts retail costs.

The rest of it all fantasy.
