....snorted coke, and eaten hamberders...er...hamburgers, and just handed the $400M (inflation-adjusted) he inherited over to professional money managers, and he would be worth billions more. In fact, because so much (or all) of his worth is privately held, little is known about his financial status. But some business people a lot smarter than me say that he is certainly either broke or underwater. So Drumpf pissed away $400M when he could have grown it into billions by sitting on his ass. That really takes talent!
