where Oscar throws a plate of spaghetti against the wall and then nobody ever cleans it up, so you see it there weeks later.

They should have left that stain on the wall of the White House dining room and put a frame around it with a brass label below it to remind everyone of how we once had an imbecilic, infantile mobster for a president.
