The GOP and the Supremely Religious Court did this under the Dem's watch on purpose. Dem's will historically be associated with this taking away of the right to bodily automony. Like guilt by association, in the minds of sleep walking voters.
So, if we can take a few of the real culprits to take some of the historical blame, it will be a good thing.
