(4,301 posts)I'd never imagined that I would find a way to even finance the low end goal for my endeavors, but thanks to your generosity and the help of Omaha Steve, I'm almost to that first goal!
Also, I'd like to thank everyone who has subscribed to my YouTube channel, whether you were also able to contribute funds or not. Each subscription makes it that much less difficult for me to reach the 20k subscribers I need, allowing me to obtain the fixed rate contract I've been offered. Subscribing is free and you won't get spammed or anything (unless you click to be alerted about my new videos - which I hope you enjoy!), so even if you can't or would rather not give money, those subscriptions are every bit as appreciated.
I am, once again, embarrassed and humbled to have taken this step in asking the community for help getting out from under the restrictions of living on disability. As well, I'll have improved means to help the people I try to benefit receive new information in new formats, and with a higher standard of quality. Not that those of you watching for entertainment aren't just as important and on my mind for options to improve upon! I
hope to make these videos a living as soon as I have the equipment and funding needed, and as such, giving people that level of excellence I aspire to is very important to me as an entertainer and an educator within a niche of the gaming industry. If I am so blessed as to make it there, DU is certainly going to get a big thank you from me on my channel, as well as some on video demonstration of what the contributions provided.
Thank you very much! I'm at a loss for anything more eloquent to say.
