"About 50 minutes later, a man was found nearby on the 1300 block of Waverly Street unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds".

This is a nice area. The area where this happened is 10 blocks away on South St. where there are busy shops and it is fun and somewhat touristy, not dangerous.
