But I'm glad they're getting caught.

Rule #1: nobody uses five different colored pens when gathering signatures for a petition, and hands each new potential signee a different colored pen from the last person. Nobody does that. In fact, most legal documents require black or blue pen so people doing official things ALWAYS use black or blue pens.

Farking morons.
