She can go to any parish outside of the San Francisco archdiocese (and I think one other diocese, maybe Santa Rosa?) and present herself for Communion. It's up to whomever is distributing Communion to decide whether or not to give it to her. Caveat to that is if bishops or archbishops have directed their respective diocesan priests to either support or ignore the archbishop from San Francisco.
