That relied on the same section of the 14th Amendment is now toast and not just Roe and Casey.

But this is also just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to radical change. A lower court struck down the alphabet regulatory agencies because those agencies are not permitted to write regulations because the court has ruled that to be legislating and only Congress is authorized to write legislation and regulation is a form of legislation.

So it is not just the Great Society that is destroyed by the courts but also the New Deal. FLUSH.
