A forum post suggested the Do Kwan could restore confidence in the Terra ecosystem by making the smallest investors whole using Terra Labs' remaining reserves. The New Deal rescue of the banks would serve as a model. However, those reserves are now depleted.

Unfortunately, Terra Labs is an unlicensed company that operated in defiance of the SEC and other regulators. Asking crypto scofflaws to do the honorable thing may be too much to ask.
