When you give wealthy people money, it does not return to the economy like when you give it to middle class and poor people. WE buy things. That pays people to make those things. If 10,000 people by 2 pairs of pants each, that is 20,000 pants that need to be made. You don't buy 20,000 pairs of pants. Even if you buy a 90 million dollar private plane, it is only ONE plane and a very niche industry that is supported.
