4. There is a lesson here

You don't hear the so-called responsible Republicans denouncing the likes of Kelli Ward for her quixotic efforts to overturn the 2020 election, even when Ward herself admits she's tilting at a windmill.

We talk about reasonable (and in many cases, popular) policies like reducing gun violence while making guns AND violence part of the discussion, and progressives get chopped down by their own putative allies before we can even get the discussion going with the other side. Republicans, bigots, violence enthusiasts and the rest of the domestic terror front don't even have to lift a finger.

Even after this video comes out, Ward will continue to try to overturn the 2020 election, and still nobody in her camp will tell her to knock it off, you're making us look stupid. Then, when this nonsense becomes the springboard for a successful effort to suppress non-Republican voters, we're all flabbergasted: How did that happen? How could the Republicans accomplish this horrible policy result when so many people were against it? They. Don't. Stop. And abortion is now functionally illegal in state after state controlled by these maniacs.
