a “no fly zone” yet shows how poorly their military is performing.

Everyone expected that the first thing they would do after invading would be to establish air superiority (aka a “no fly zone”).

So threatening to create one now sounds kinda ridiculous. Are the arms deliveries even arriving by air? That doesn’t seem likely.
