Case to the American people in their upcoming public hearings and testimony, I can’t see Garland NOT taking some sort of legal action. Otherwise, he will look like either a milquetoast AG or somehow complicit in burying that horrific day.

But hey, I’m just an amateur in this game of politics. What do I know?
