12. What happened to the Bible thumpers when it comes to an old guy in need?

Why couldn't the neighbors be neighborly? Why couldn't the nasty, miserable judge call in adult social services to help this guy out? Honestly . . . billionaires commit crime after crime after crime and get pats on the wrist and this poor man is raked over the coals by that hag of a judge.
