But you know, here in 'Murika, people get nickel and dimed to death.

The whole capitalist system seeks to pass as much of the cost of everything onto consumers and at the same time have taxpayers cover any risk. The costs of childcare, for example, have been mostly passed onto young families that have the most difficulty affording it, and healthcare costs are more and more and more being foisted off onto consumers with fine print, sky high premiums and financially crippling copays.

I often reply back, to places like the DNC, asking where my healthcare is. Where my dental care is. I point out that we have squandered trillions on forever wars and tax cuts, and just now spent $770 billion on this year's war bill. Where is my healthcare? Where is my dental care? Where is the K-12 system that should be the envy of the world? Where is the affordable, debt-free college for my grandkids?

And now it is the same with political donations. Big biz donates billions in dark money to super pacs, but our guys rely on small donations from us. If we quit spending so much on war, raised taxes, and began putting policies in place that actually help everyday Americans, this place would be a great place to live. As it is, it is only a great place if you are not old, poor, sick or different.
