14. Good reason to use a temporary disposable email address

The service I use, Spamex, is not in that list. There may better alternatives nowadays, but I've been using them for years with good results, and the cost is low.

Snail mail, of course, is a different matter. I've asked several organizations to quit sending me paper mail, and most comply -- for a while, anyway.
