I said there are only two ways to pass it. Either to pick up enough seats in 2022 or somehow nix the filibuster. The "compromise" will be once one of those two things are accomplished.

BTW, after reading up for the past hour, it looks like Senator's Casey and Manchin might be opposed to this. Ugh, it just got even tougher to pass.
