About a national abortion law

1. The lunatics on SCOTUS don't care about precedents, inconsistency, etc so I don't see why we

should expect that any law Congress passed affirming abortion rights wouldn't just be struck down for any reason/without any reason/whatever. They are totally unconstrained by legal scholarship or even the plain text of the Constitution. They say up is down, because we said so, and mean it.

They are so warped that some of them would even try to take the opportunity to declare that abortion itself is inherently unconstitutional and henceforth banned across the entire country, effective immediately.
