She thought that Trump was actually going to do anything to "Big Pharma", now don't get me wrong, the influence that pharmaceutical company lobbyists have on Congress is ridiculous, however their control stems mainly from Republican policies and Trump, while he talked a big game, does not give one squirt of piss about the lives of average Americans.

She really shows how fundamentally ignorant and stupid she is when she actually thinks that Trump has done or would do anything to protect the average person whether through legislation against the abuses of the pharmaceutical industry or anything having to do with the rights of gun owners OR public safety measures related to gun violence.
