"This is a very serious and important resolution you have introduced. It is the ruling of the chair that until it is properly taken up and considered, debated and brought to the floor, that you will no longer be recognized to speak during any House session. This will afford you the time you will need to marshal all supporting documentation, witnesses, evidence, and testimony required to support this resolution. This resolution is referred to the House Roundfile Committee for placement on their calendar on or after the twelfth of Never. The member may be seated."
