Trump organized a rally, and even a march to the Capitol. But there will be no way to prove he knew it was going to get violent even though that was obvious by his language.

The thing is though, anyone else and they organize a rally that turns violent and they are held accountable regardless of whether they knew it was going to get violent in the end.
