5. Washington State requires the filing of a practice agreement between a Physician Assistant

and an MD. It is possible for a PA to own his own practice and hire an MD in order to fulfil the requirement. I wonder if this guy offered an MD a no-show job so he could practice without supervision.

Truth is, I never have an MD, or anyone else, looking over my shoulder during the clinic day. I have a huge amount of autonomy. But an MD is never further away than a phone call if I need a consult.

What this guy is doing is so paralyzingly unethical, I don't even know where to start. He's a disgrace to the profession, and I'm glad they yanked his license.
