Using the "laws" they've already passed, several states will remove whatever democrats that win. Anything might happen then. Widespread violence at capitol buildings as you mentioned is very likely. Mass protests opposed to the red states overturning elections will be filled with violence. Texas in particular, will try to secede from the U.S.. Widespread shortages of goods will result from mass fear. The economy will almost come to a halt. As "prepper" as it sounds, I'll try to have about 2 months worth of necessities saved up by then.

Hopefully I'm completely off base and totally wrong and none of it happens. It sure doesn't look like anyone is going to be able to do anything about it though. Even if the Feds pass rigid election laws, states like Texas will just ignore them all.
